The Harvest Collection reinforces the brand’s strong commitment to sustainability.
Delta Cafés launches its range of coffees with exclusive Rainforest Alliance certification for the Horeca channel – Hotels, Restaurants and Cafés. Rainforest Alliance Certification is a globally recognised symbol of environmental and social sustainability, the company stated in a press release.
According to the same source, this represents respect for and safeguarding of a set of standards that protect the environment and farming communities. These standards promote the protection of nature, farmers, and the communities involved in coffee production. The Harvest Collection consists of three unique lots, obtained from the harvests of the finest coffee beans that nature provides, and it fulfils the promise “From Nature to the cup”.

The Rainforest blend is a lot with intensity 12 (on a scale from 0 to 15). It is intense and full-bodied, with aromatic and citrus notes, in which honey and ripe fruit notes persist. It was created from coffee grown in line with leading environmental and ethical practices.
Bio + Rainforest has an intensity of 11. It is an intense, vibrant blend with notes of citrus, cocoa, apricot, and dried fruits. It is composed of selected premium Arabicas from Central America and Robustas from Africa, produced exclusively through organic farming and certified by Rainforest Alliance. The Bio + Rainforest Decaf version, with an intensity of 9, is a smooth, aromatic blend with citrus and cocoa notes. It is created from selected premium South American Arabicas and African Robustas, also produced through organic farming.
The The Harvest Collection range is now available for Horeca channel customers and “reaffirms the brand’s commitment to sustainability and to improving the conditions of small coffee producers along the value chain.”
